Study about IT Service Management (ITSM) Software Solutions

The Chair of Information and Communication Management at Technische Universitaet Berlin (Germany) conducts a comprehensive study about IT service management (ITSM) software solutions.

This survey aims to get an international summary about the market of ITSM related software solutions. Moreover, we examine how the different providers align their products to existing ITSM frameworks like ITIL and which features they have implemented. The questionnaire is available in German and English.
