Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Zarnekow holds the Chair for Information and Communication Management at the Technische Universität Berlin. His research focuses on IT service management, strategic IT management, telecommunications management and business models for the ICT industry, in which he has been advising companies for over 20 years. He works as a business angel and mentor, especially for various start-ups in the high-tech sector. He is also the co-author of the "Quality of Service Internet Business Models" study on behalf of 6 European telecommunications providers and has written or co-authored 10 books and more than 70 research publications.
